It’s with a heavy heart that we share the news that Eye Lounge will be closing down. Since 2020, we’ve had the privilege of serving our loyal community in North Yorkshire and beyond, helping over 10,000 customers access the eye nutrients they need to see the world more clearly.
Unfortunately, the rising costs of running a business, from postage and suppliers to operational expenses, have made it increasingly difficult for us to compete.
Over the years, we’ve loved redefining the eye nutrient market with innovations like our Subscribe & Save feature, ensuring our customers could access essential products with ease and affordability. Our small team, led by Greg, has always been just a phone call or message away. Whether you’ve spoken to Henry for a friendly chat when placing orders or exchanged emails with us directly, the personal connections we’ve made have been the most rewarding part of this journey - and something we’ll deeply miss.
Next Steps
Our main focus now is on our remaining Subscribe & Save customers. If you haven’t already heard from us, Greg and the team will be reaching out shortly to ensure you receive any final products you require.
To make this transition a little smoother, we’re offering 25% off sitewide on all remaining products. We’ve accumulated a wide variety of items that now need new homes, and this is our way of saying thank you.
Subscribe & Save Customers
Due to our impending closure, we regret to inform you that Subscribe and Save orders will no longer be fulfilled. We are doing our best to assist those with orders scheduled for dispatch in the coming weeks, but unfortunately, any outstanding orders for 2025 will need to be cancelled.
This means that if you signed up for a yearly Subscribe and Save offer, paid monthly, and received a box, this will no longer continue. For those with boxes due in the coming weeks, we will make every effort to dispatch them as planned, and payments will be processed as usual. For all others, your subscription will be cancelled, and no further payments will be taken.
